Once you submit an enquiry to us we will put together a variety of quotes that are tailored specifically for your trip. This will include looking at different resorts, accommodation options, restaurant and bar facilities and other requirements such as meeting and conference venues.
When you have had time to consider the options available for your event we will begin to make the arrangements and bookings. Throughout the process we will try and remain flexible and open to any changes you would like to make. However with regards to budgets and attendance this will become less flexible as time moves on.
When it comes to the time of your event you will have a dedicated team with you throughout; they will meet you at the airport upon arrival and ensure your safe passage home. Throughout the event they will have the authority to make decisions on the spot and will not be reliant on reporting to senior members of the team for approval.
